Assist dealers with daily inventory management, including creation of receivables and inventory transfers. Facilitate daily ACH transactions and ensure accurate posting of all payments. Balance general ledger accounts and research daily exception reporting. Identify and deposit incoming wires and review supporting documentation for dealer funding requests. Supervise and respond to incoming email requests in a timely manner. Provide customer service for automotive dealers. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years' experience in financial services or a similar industry. Administrative, accounting, and technical support skills. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office programs. Strong written and oral communication skills. Understanding of automotive dealership operations is a plus.
