Service Delivery: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and/or live chats efficiently and professionally. Resolve customer issues on the first contact whenever possible, utilizing company resources and troubleshooting guides. Clearly and accurately communicate product/service information, policies, and procedures to customers.Process orders, update account information, initiate service changes, and handle basic billing inquiries.
