Role Summary As a customer care bolthires specialist, your main responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, providing product information, and assisting with order-related issues. Our team is the voice of bolthires, committed to delivering excellent service and fostering customer loyalty.Key Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner. • Provide accurate information about bolthires services, delivery processes, and partner restaurants. • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and improve service delivery. • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, promotions, and policies to assist customers. • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.• Work towards monthly service level agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction goals.
