We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented, highly effective, and hands-on Accounts Receivables Representative (“AR Representative”).This role will be involved with accounts receivable transactions and tasks. Responsibilities and essential job functions: Sending out and posting weekly invoices in Great Plains. Make any necessary changes to invoices in Great Plains. Record cash receipts in Great Plains. Send out customer statements as needed. Make collections calls to customers. Ad hoc projects and requests. Job Requirements At least 5 years of hands-on experience of involving the entire accounts receivable cycle. Intermediate level user of bolthires Excel and Word. A self-motivated, proactive individuals who will not require significant oversight with a “get it done” approach and attitude.Ability to successfully work with all levels of the organization, including the executive team, middle management and peers. Creative problem-solving capabilities with a proven record of taking ownership of issues Experience within an entrepreneurial, high growth environment with lean resources is a plus. Great Plains experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
