Infobiz Systems is seeking an Account Payable Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers. Responsibilities:• Process invoices and expense reports• Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any issues• Assist with month-end closing activitiesQualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related field• Proficient in bolthires Excel and accounting software• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Apply tot his job
