We are building AI solutions that transform freight and logistics. We’re looking for experienced logistics professionals to join us as Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and help shape the next generation of intelligent automation for the industry. About the RoleAs a Logistics SME, you’ll work closely with our engineering team to teach and refine the real-world workflows that power freight operations. Your domain knowledge will guide the design of AI-driven tools used by brokers, carriers, and shippers across the industry.This is an excellent role for someone who loves logistics, understands the day-to-day realities of running freight operations, and wants to help build technology that removes friction and boosts productivity. What You’ll Do• Share detailed insights into one or more core logistics workflows:• Carrier rep sales• Track & trace / operations• Freight sales / brokerage• Walk engineers through real examples of your daily processes, decisions, and performance metrics. • Review prototypes and provide feedback on workflow accuracy, edge cases, and operational nuances.• Help identify opportunities where AI can automate or optimize tasks. • Participate in short remote video sessions (5–10 hours per week) on a flexible schedule. What We’re Looking For• 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage, carrier operations, or similar logistics roles. • Hands-on familiarity with at least one of the following:• Carrier sales or carrier rep workflows• Track & trace / dispatch operations• Freight sales, customer sales, or brokerage workflows• Strong communication skills and ability to explain how your processes work in practice.• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and product teams. • Curiosity about AI, automation, and improving logistics operations. • Reliable availability for part-time remote work.
