About the position Responsibilities • Act as a center of excellence on accessibility related to learning and development, including designing and developing accessibility training for external business units. • Serve as a consultant and subject matter expert on universal design for learning. • Partner with internal accessibility teams to support learning initiatives. Requirements • Must be enrolled in an accredited College or University graduating with a bachelor's degree between December 2025 - May 2026. • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program. • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program. • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Familiarity with WebEx and Articulate Storyline. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Strong oral and written communication skills. • Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in software including Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
