As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first – so your impact really will change lives.Our Vice President of Recruiting Operations is accountable for successful direction of:• Leading a team of Recruiting & Onboarding Managers, Recruiting Strategists, and Onboarding Specialists• Driving a high performing culture by holding employees accountable to meeting and exceeding established goals/expectations• Developing digital strategies to drive efficiency in the recruiting platform• Educating Client and Talent Services leadership on recruitment process, stay abreast of recruitment and market trends, and continually work with team to build a pipeline of talent• Building client relationships with client contacts at all levels of an organizationEssential Skills:• Solid business knowledge in high volume recruitment and onboarding and effective business acumen at all levels within a client organization• Solid overall communication (both verbal and writing) including negotiation skills• Knowledge of leading industry practices and services in order to make viable recommendations on key strategy and process• Proven ability to mentor and guide teams, including those who may be onsite, offsite or working remote• Results driven and deadline orientedSeeking minimum of 10 years of high volume recruiting or related staffing operations management and 5+ years of people leadership and/or related area of expertise.To be considered candidates must live in the Kelly Education South Region, USA, which includes the following states: MO, TX, AR, LA, TN, MS, AL, GA, SC, NC, KS, FL. Must have the ability to travel to client and implementation meetings 40-50%.
