Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Follow food handling, sanitation, and safety guidelines. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and monitoring product expiration dates. Collaborate with team members to deliver a smooth shopping experience for customers. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on policies and promotions. Required Skills and Experience : Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with shoppers. Ability to follow store procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Comfort working in a fast-paced retail or grocery environment. Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : Interest in healthy living, nutrition, and natural or organic foods. Previous retail, grocery, or customer service experience.
