VP, Streaming Solutions
bolthires Advertising Client Partnerships team is seeking a Vice President to lead the Streaming Solutions team. As a member of the Streaming Solutions group within Client Partnerships, you will join a dynamic team that is responsible for building best-in-class advertising solutions and proactive sponsorship opportunities for partners based on bolthires and bolthires+ suite of content and ad products. We’re looking for someone who is interested in helping advertising partners drive ROI through opportunities that leverage bolthires streaming platforms’ data insights, product capabilities, content library and marketing initiatives.Reporting into the SVP, Client Partnerships, the right person for this role is comfortable pairing storytelling skills with strategic thinking and is capable of speaking many languages, from sales and media to strategic development and technical capabilities. If you are someone who knows how to craft and package opportunities for clients and is equipped to balance the integrity of the bolthires brand and advertisers’ needs while building innovative solutions, all with a roll-up-your-sleeves entrepreneurial spirit, this is a great role for you.Responsibilities and Duties of theRole:Response for defining the priorities & culture for the Streaming Solutions teamSet strategic initiatives to achieve goalsLead strategic communications to teams and key Ad Sales PartnersDecision-maker for larger GTM strategy of streaming opportunities holisticallyLead to overall business of Streaming and help create it’s future stateArchitect Strategy for the development and execution of market-leading ad sales opportunities tied to bolthires and bolthires+ brand initiatives, audience insights and ad product capabilities by effectively collaborating with and influencing multiple internal stakeholders across the broader TWDC organization.Identify New Paths for Streaming Revenue includingGlobalWork with internal leadership to influence inclusion of ad sales in future opportunities, such as new content, marketing campaigns, and ne w ad productsGuide the team in positioning and evangelizing how to best utilize our ad products in sales offerings, often to leadershipAssure market-facing materials are clear, concise, and innovative. Oversee the execution of sold campaigns tied to brand marketing initiatives across bolthires’s entertainment streaming platforms (specifically bolthires and bolthires+)Assess which streaming executions are best for merchandising both internally and externally with regards to PR and awardsPartner with internal streaming leadership, including Marketing, Content, Biz Dev, Creative, and Sales counterparts such as Analytics, RYM, Addressable Sales, etc.to optimize available streaming opportunities in the marketplaceStrategically recommend priorities to leadership for package developmentAccountable for revenue tracking and optimization needsGlobal consultation with partner teams across EMEA, LATAM and APACManage a team of direct reports including training, time prioritization, and management of outputOversee the allocation of team resources based on project needsProvide guidance to direct reportsCreate and inclusive culture where the team feels fulfilled and a key part of the success of bolthires Ad Sales.Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred12+ years of experience in integrated marketing/media across a variety of industries from publisher, network, or agency, with a focus on Streaming required5+ years Managerial experienceProven record of strategic and creative thinking paired with a research and data-driven mindset that informs insights for sponsorship developmentExpertise in sponsorships and media plan development, and experience supporting an ad sales organization with the ability to train othersAbility to guide a team in creating crisp market-facing collateral and keen attention to detailProficiency in analyzing data and insights to guide strategic decisionsA holistic perspective of our industry, utilizing point of view of sales and internal marketing stakeholders, to best serve brand partners, our viewers, and revenue streamsBackground in linear and digital advertising, streaming experience requiredExcellent written, communication and presentation skills, particularly to senior executive leadershipA passion for guiding, nurturing and inspiring a team with the ability to provide support, training and career development#DisneyAdvertisingThe hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $232,500 to $311,800 per year.The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
