Our thriving, fee-for-service dental practice is seeking a fully remote Entry-Level Treatment Coordinator to help us guide patients through transformative oral health journeys from the comfort of your home. In this sales-oriented, patient-first role, you’ll use your charisma, communication, and critical thinking to champion personalized treatment plans—ensuring every patient gets the care they deserve for a confident, healthy smile.At Garland Davis DDS, we’re more than just a dental practice—we’re a team of skilled professionals transforming lives through outstanding care. What You’ll Offer:• A passion for helping others—you're not just selling a service, you're changing lives through healthy, confident smiles. • A strong desire to serve 10,000 patients a year with top-tier virtual support. • Natural relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence to guide patients through dental decisions.• Drive and communication skills to help close over $3M in treatment annually. • Ability to manage multiple unclosed cases and follow up with empathy and precision. • Confidence in discussing finances, treatment priorities, and overcoming objections (time, money, fear). • Willingness to learn how to schedule virtually within our “Perfect Day Template.”• Detail-oriented habits for gathering accurate patient data, payment info, and documentation. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm in a fast-paced digital work environment.• Commitment to proactive communication with patients and your virtual + onsite team. • Reliable internet, tech-savviness, and openness to learning new software and systems. • A warm, authentic, and professional virtual presence that helps patients feel safe and supported. • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. • Dental assisting experience is a bonus, but not required!
