Sr Enterprise Application Support Analyst

bolthires is seeking a talented and passionate Sr Enterprise Application Support Analyst to. We are looking for a motivated individual who is excited to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. The successful candidate should have experience with enterprise applications and a strong commitment to providing top-notch customer service. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service or support role, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Additionally, the successful candidate should have experience with SQL and scripting, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. A strong sense of customer service and experience in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
