Social Media Content Creator/Marketing - Full-time

Heart, Mind, Body LLC is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator/Marketing professional to amplify our brand's voice and connect with our community through engaging and impactful content. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy across various platforms to promote mental health awareness, services, and events. You will create compelling visual and written content that resonates with our audience, showcasing the holistic approach we take towards mental wellness. Collaboration with our clinical team will be key in ensuring that all content reflects our values and accurately represents our services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a knack for storytelling. Responsibilities • Develop and curate engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Implement social media campaigns to drive awareness and participation in our services and events. • Monitor social media trends, analytics, and feedback to refine strategies and improve engagement. • Coordinate with the clinical and marketing teams to align content with our organizational goals. • Create visual content, including graphics and videos, to enhance storytelling and engagement. • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and timely promotion of initiatives. • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and supportive manner. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. • Proven experience in social media content creation and marketing. • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices. • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software. • Keen eye for aesthetics and detail when creating visual content. • Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. • Experience in mental health or wellness-related industries is a plus. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Passion for promoting mental health awareness and positive community engagement. Benefits Heart, Mind, Body LLC is the perfect fit for a talk therapist that is looking to grow their own clientele but do not want the work of marketing, credentialing and scheduling clients. It leaves the clinician free to tell us what hours they want to fill, full-time, part-time or per-diem. We provide the marketing, EMR, billing and send you your payments on the first and 16th day of the month. We also provide mentoring, if needed. As the founder of Heart, Mind, Body LLC, my previous role in healthcare for 35 years was that of a nurse executive. I bring my experience to you clinically and as a business executive. We want to simplify things so that you can concentrate on seeing clients and building a satisfactory relationship with them.
