The company is now seeking an experiencedSenior Analyst to join its team and contribute to the success of its Flights + Voyage business. As aSenior Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel partners based on mutual goals and collaboration.Negotiate rates, promotions, and override agreements with travel partners to drive business growth. Monitor and track availability and price competitiveness of all travel inventory, working closely with the Pricing Analyst to optimize travel packages. Own the Flights + Voyage strategy, collaborating with the Technology team's guidance to enhance the online customer experience. Work closely with the Marketing team to create buyer interest, determine appropriate positioning, audiences, and messaging for the product.Conduct daily analysis of product performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address performance issues. Aid in the development and execution of cooperative marketing plans with travel lines. Work closely with the Technology team, providing input and prioritization feedback on upcoming upgrades. Identify business challenges and opportunities for growth, using research and data analysis to make strategic recommendations. Inform Business travel organization strategy and identify potential partners to support the development, launch, and ongoing operations of new travel products.Communicate industry landscape and customer experience/product trends to the broader JTP team. Work closely with the frontline Customer Care team, gathering feedback and helping to improve their sales and service functionalities. Perform other complex tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as hospitality, business, or marketing. A minimum of three years of analytical or related experience.The ability to develop strong relationships and earn the trust of others. Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. Comfort presenting ideas to large groups, including leadership. The ability to work as a meticulously organized, independent, and creative problem-solver who meets aggressive time constraints. Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and project management skills. Willingness to work cross-functionally with internal and external partners.Availability for periodic short-term travel (30%) and ability to maintain substantial travel records. Authorization to work in the US, as visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Preferred Qualifications and Skills To stand out as an ideal candidate, you will have: A four-year degree in a relevant discipline, such as hospitality, business, or marketing. A minimum of three years of experience working in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.
