[Remote] Talent Acquisition Partner I

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle recruiting for direct patient care positions while collaborating with operational and HR leaders to attract top talent and support hiring managers in the Eastern Time Zone. Responsibilities• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a strong understanding of the role requirements, accountabilities, and career path opportunities for clinical positions (could include nurses, patient care technicians, social workers, dietitians, and other roles)• Proactively source to secure talent based on current and future business needs, leveraging diverse recruiting resources including employee referrals, professional organizations, educational institutions, cold calling, and networking to identify and recruit the best talent and ensure a diverse applicant pool• Identify and select appropriate advertising and sourcing methods and resources using a wide range of media, Internet job sites, licensure lists, conferences/job fairs, etc.using independent discretion• Review, evaluate and screen candidates for skill level, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements as well as for core values and culture fit• Represent and promote the DaVita Brand, core values, and key aspects of the role to candidates• Consult with and coach hiring managers through the selection process, provide overview of pre-screen to hiring managers, and make recommendations for candidate interviews• Conduct and document post-interview feedback with hiring managers and candidates• Use Workday to manage candidate flow and ensure compliance with documented hiring processes, reporting needs, and integrity in all recruiting efforts• Meet recruiting timelines and goals, including metrics, as established by department management• Know, understand and ensure personal compliance to all DaVita teammate employment and recruiting policies and procedures• Partner with recruiting colleagues to drive special projects on the recruiting teamSkills• Experience in full lifecycle recruiting for clinical positions.• Ability to partner with operational and HR leaders. • Proven track record of building and managing a pipeline of top talent. • Experience in managing special projects related to recruiting. • Strong understanding of role requirements and career path opportunities for clinical positions. • Proactive sourcing skills using diverse recruiting resources. • Ability to identify and select appropriate advertising and sourcing methods. • Experience in reviewing, evaluating, and screening candidates. • Ability to represent and promote the DaVita Brand and core values.• Experience in consulting with and coaching hiring managers. • Ability to conduct and document post-interview feedback. • Experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems. • Ability to meet recruiting timelines and goals. • Knowledge of and compliance with employment and recruiting policies and procedures. • Ability to partner with recruiting colleagues on special projects.
