Remote Social Worker - MI

A contracted social worker position is available to provide telehealth services within a K-12 educational setting. This role is designed to support students across grades with mental health, social, and emotional needs through remote counseling and intervention. Key Responsibilities:• Deliver telehealth social work services to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade. • Assess and address student social, emotional, and behavioral challenges in collaboration with educators and families.• Develop individualized support plans to improve student well-being and academic performance. • Maintain confidentiality while documenting service delivery and progress according to regulatory standards. • Coordinate with school staff and external providers to ensure comprehensive student support.
