About theRole: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team, providing top-notch support to Sephora clients through various communication channels, including phone and chat.As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information, all while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
