Responsibilities• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences. • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends. • Utilize effective negotiation strategies to facilitate successful transactions for buyers and sellers. • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.• Provide guidance on Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance throughout the buying and selling process. • Assist clients with property management inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. • Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property listings through organized administrative practices. • Communicate effectively with clients, providing timely updates and addressing any concerns or questions. Qualifications• Proven experience in sales or customer service within the real estate industry is preferred, however not required.• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful transactions. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with diverse clientele. • Familiarity with real estate law and Fair Housing regulations is essential. • Organizational skills that enable you to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a broader client base. • Previous administrative experience in real estate or related fields is an asset.• A passion for helping others navigate the real estate market while providing exceptional service.
