About the jobOverview:We are seeking a skilled Okta Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance our identity and access management infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and managing Okta as an Identity Provider (IdP), integrating applications using SSO and SCIM, and implementing security policies like MFA.This role is essential to ensuring secure and streamlined access to applications and systems across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain the Okta Identity platform, including configuration, monitoring, and troubleshootingOnboard and integrate new applications using SAML, OIDC, and SCIMManage user lifecycle events (JML: Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and automation using SCIM or other toolsImplement and enforce MFA, conditional access, and device trust policiesMonitor system health, logs, and audit reports for anomalies or potential security issuesCreate and manage Okta Workflows for automating access and provisioning tasksMaintain integrations with Active Directory, LDAP, and other directoriesCollaborate with InfoSec and IT teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsDocument configuration, runbooks, and architectural changesStay up-to-date with Okta product updates, security threats, and IAM best practicesRequired Skills andQualifications:3+ years of experience administering Okta in a mid to large-scale enterpriseStrong understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (SCIM, SAML, OAuth2, OIDC)Experience with directory integrations (e.g., AD, LDAP)Hands-on experience with MFA configuration and access policiesFamiliarity with Okta Workflows, Lifecycle Management, and Universal DirectoryExperience with Okta logging, monitoring tools (Splunk, etc.), and reportingKnowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, ISO 27001, HIPAA) is a plusScripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plusOkta Certified Administrator or higher is preferredPreferred Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent documentation and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThank you, 110 Apply tot his job
