This role is fully remote and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in real time. • Provide accurate information about ENGLOSOLs services (environmental consulting, sustainability solutions, waste management guidance, compliance programs, etc.).• Assist customers with basic issues, service questions, or navigation support. • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate environmental specialists or internal departments. • Maintain detailed and accurate chat records using CRM or ticketing tools. • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining quality. • Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient communication at all times. • Adhere to ENGLOSOLs environmental service standards and internal communication protocols. Qualifications• Experience in live chat support or customer service (preferred but not required).• Excellent written communication skills. • Ability to multitask and manage several chats at once. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace. • Basic environmental knowledge or willingness to learn through training. • Strong problem-solving skills and patience. • Familiarity with CRM, support software, or chat systems is a plus.
