[Remote] Employee Relations Partner, Asset Protection

The Employee Relations Partner, Asset Protection will conduct investigations, handle workplace disputes, and provide expertise on employee concerns while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices. Responsibilities• Conduct confidential investigations related to workplace complaints and policy violations; recommend appropriate actions based on findings.• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution. Provide guidance and make recommendations on employment matters. • Analyze trends and collaborate with key partners to identify solutions for recurring issues. • Deliver guidance and training to managers and employees on policy compliance and best practices. • Assist with internal projects and initiatives as needed.
