About theRole:Remote Data Entry Analyst We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Analyst to join our Compliance Team within the People/HR Division.As a key member of this team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining legal and regulatory compliance, driving HR excellence, and supporting the smooth operation of our organization. What You'll Love AboutThis Job Be part of the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division, driving HR compliance and excellence. Take ownership of maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements. Enjoy a dynamic and challenging work environment that fosters growth and development.Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with tasks including: Obtaining fingerprint/identity verification results and processing unique fingerprint exemption letters. Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services. Faxing/processing US Customs results and database entry. Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues. Design and analyze HR Compliance data between various records, working closely with HRIS and EC systems.Conduct advanced analytics, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalize all data used for HR Compliance. Interact with clients and team regularly to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy, re-transmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. At least 3 years of experience in HR or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications.Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database. Skills, Licenses, and CertificatesAdvanced Excel skills, including designing, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup. Advanced Access skills. Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports. Excellent analytical skills and strong organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Proven problem-solving skills and ability to administer fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements.Ability to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications and the TSA Clearinghouse database.
