[Remote] bolthires SQL Developer - US Citizen and W2 only

Note:The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. bolthires System & Software, Inc. is seeking a bolthires SQL Developer for a 3-month contract position. The role involves analyzing existing reports, designing SQL Server data models, developing ETL pipelines, and optimizing SQL queries to support Power BI reporting. Responsibilities• Looking for 5+ Years of experienced candidate in Sql Server Development. • Candidate should have ability to analyze existing SSRS reports, underlying SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and data structures to document logic, dependencies, and required transformations.• Candidate should have ability to Design and build performant SQL Server data models (dimensional/star schema or optimized relational models) to support Power BI reporting. • Candidate should have ability to Develop and maintain on-prem ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as SSIS, SQL Agent Jobs, or custom scripts to prepare and load data for reporting. • Candidate should have ability to Optimize SQL queries, indexing strategies, and stored procedures to ensure reporting datasets meet Power BI performance requirements.• Candidate should have ability to Implement data quality checks, validation processes, and reconciliation routines to ensure migrated Power BI reports match legacy SSRS output. • Candidate should have ability to Work closely with report developers and business stakeholders to support integration, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of data assets into on-prem or hybrid Power BI environments.
