This remote position offers a structured training program for individuals eager to launch a career in insurance, focusing on the fundamentals of claims handling and customer communication. Responsibilities• Learn the fundamentals of claims handling through our structured, hands-on training program.• Investigate and evaluate auto claims, including liability and property damage. • Communicate with customers with empathy, professionalism, and clarity as you guide them through the claims process. • Collaborate closely with internal claims teams, external vendors, and legal partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. • Maintain detailed documentation and stay current on industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Skills• Motivated, coachable individuals eager to grow—no prior insurance experience required.• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze information and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems. • Prior insurance experience preferred. • Bilingual (Spanish) applicants are strongly encouraged to apply. • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
