A boutique recruiting and staffing company is seeking experienced recruiters/talent acquisition specialists to join their growing team. Candidates with a JD degree or paralegal degree are preferred, those with a realtor or teacher background will also be highly considered. This position is full time, fully remote and provides the perfect opportunity for highly motivated, self-starters to make money while helping others achieve their career goals. The recruiter will build strong candidate pipelines through traditional resources as well as digital channels.Responsibilities will include overseeing full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes including conducting intake sessions, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, and assessing candidates as well as effectively managing the offer process. Qualifications• JD, paralegal or bachelor's degree preferred• 2+ years full cycle recruiting experience in Talent Acquisition• Proficient with bolthires Office Suite or related software• Experience with or proven ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines• Proven ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Strong attention to detail• Proven experience managing confidential information• Strong self-awareness and ability to receive and accept feedback in an effort to continue personal and professional growth and development• Excellent interpersonal skills Apply tot his job
