Program Manager, Digital Experience - (Hybrid - Seattle, WA)

The Digital Experience Program Manager will play a critical role in supporting theSenior Manager, Digital Experience by leading operational planning and program management to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives. This role will focus on process efficiency, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver on the team’s objectives. The Program Manager will serve as the operational backbone, enabling theSenior Manager to focus on strategy and vision. They will work closely with key stakeholders across Digital Merchandising, Product Management, XD, Analytics, and Technology to manage workflows, track deliverables, and ensure alignment across teams.The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of program management standards, concepts, and principles, with the ability to independently manage small to moderate programs. They will need to proactively manage program execution by tracking dependencies, risks, and schedules while understanding requirements gathering, prioritization, and how to clearly communicate with stakeholders.
