Our Rec & Leisure business line is dedicated to helping studios offer online registration, tuition calculation, and payment options, making it easier for parents to support their children's passion for dance.Job Overview We're seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Part Time Customer Support Representative to. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience with our software. This part-time role will require 20-29 hours per week, with shifts ranging from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm ET. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required workdays, and this temporary position is expected to end on September 30, 2025. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email, responding to client questions and issues, including bugs, feature requests, and business processes.Work closely with clients, as well as our Development and Quality Assurance teams, to identify, triage, and resolve system issues. Document frequently asked questions and prepare knowledge-based content to help our customers succeed. Document requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests, ensuring our software continues to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Collaborate with our team to ensure our customers have a great experience using our product, providing solutions that meet their business needs.Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong customer service and analytical skills, with a passion for troubleshooting software issues and providing solutions. Comfortable helping customers via phone support, with excellent communication and time management skills. Ability to diagnose and explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences. Quickly learn computer software and operating procedures, with proficiency in bolthires Office Suite or related software.A flexible work schedule, with the ability to work on weekends as needed. A proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals, with a success-driven mindset and a willingness to work in a dynamic and changing environment. Knowledge and passion for the dance industry, with previous experience in SaaS or payments industry preferred but not mandatory.
