Seeking Part-Time Aviation Charter Quoter – Phoenix, AZKey Business Accountabilities:Receive quotes requests via phone call or emailFulfill a high volume of daily quote requests to prospective clients to transition in opportunities to secure charter salesReview fleet/crew member availability and process incoming quote requests to generate pricing that maximizes profitability and efficiencyMonitor various platforms and quote trips based on aircraft scheduleDetermine the needs and expectations of the customer and provide options best suited for the customer and our missionProvide quotes in an efficient and timely mannerA high-performing individual who is able to work autonomously in a sometimes-hectic environmentOther duties as assigned to conduct businessRequirements:This position is part-time and requires weekend/holiday availabilityPrior experience in aviation is a plus (however, not required)Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a rapport with customers and internal staff.Strong commitment to un-compromised customer serviceAbility to perform with consistent accuracy, thoroughness/orderliness; detail-orientedAble to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be flexible to the changing needs of the businessGood interpersonal and communication skillsBasic computer literacyAbility to follow company proceduresBenefits:Medical insurance 100% Employer-sponsored premium for employees on the select medical plan.
