Que Technology Group is looking for a junior or senior Digital Media & Communications intern to !We are a small, minority-owned IT company based in Baltimore, MD. We are always looking to help our interns and employees grow and we center our internship program around these principles. Our internship is offered until graduation, with the opportunity to continue from semester-to-semester. Que Technology Group Internship Mission and Goals:Our mission of the Internship Program is to serve as a bridge between education and industry, connecting current students to the Information Technology workforce.We aim to provide our interns with work experience that will help them become well-rounded individuals and prepare them for post-graduation success. Our ongoing internship offers our interns a diverse selection of tasks to expand on students' current skillset. These tasks include but are not limited to: In-person and online networking opportunities, technical training, professional development opportunities, teambuilding events and activities, mentoring, hands-on training, learning about small businesses, site visits, and individually assigned tasks for them to support our various departments including Human Resources, Business Development, Recruiting, and Operations.Responsibilities:• Utilize excellent attention to detail to manage company LinkedIn page content• Overseeing Intern-Alumni LinkedIn group• Managing social media content calendar with relevant content for college students and interns• Spearheading the creation of quarterly corporate newsletter using Adobe Acrobat DC• Crafting job hiring posts to attract top talent and vendor marketing posts using tools like Canva, Adobe Acrobat DC, or other platforms• Conducting industry research to analyze competitors’ social media strategies and offering recommendations for improvement• Gain valuable experience completing a variety of general internship tasks listed above, in addition to digital media tasksQue Technology Group Internship information:• Pay: $15.00/hour• 15 hours per week; completely flexible hours Mon-Fri• GPA: 3.0 or higher• Location:Remote work - Must have a permanent home address in the states of MD or GA• Duration: On-going internship until graduation• Open to all majorsAll QTG interns must meet the following requirements:• Must have a permanent address in a HubZone area and must provide address verification documents• Meet 15 hour per week commitment• 60 hours per month requirement• Meet weekly report deadlines by 5pm each Friday• Submit timesheets by due date on a bi-weekly basisWe would love to have you join our family!Reach out to us to see how we can connect.
