As we expand, we are seeking a compassionate Licensed or Pre-Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team. Job Summary:The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, trauma-focused psychotherapy services under the supervision of a licensed clinician.This role is ideal for associate-level therapists seeking clinical hours toward full licensure. We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where clinicians can gain valuable experience while making a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Key Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under supervision. • Provide trauma-informed psychotherapy utilizing evidence-based interventions. • Offer culturally responsive, identity-affirming, and strengths-based care to clients from diverse racial, ethnic, linguistic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.• Integrate an understanding of intergenerational trauma, systemic oppression, and sociocultural factors into clinical practice. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines. • Participate in case consultations, ongoing supervision, and professional development. • Provide neurodiversity-affirming care and demonstrate an understanding of intersectionality in mental health. • Utilize a strengths-based and empowerment-oriented approach to support client healing and resilience.Qualifications:• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. • Licensure or pre-licensure permitted associate status in FL (e.g., LSW, LMSW, LAC, or equivalent). • Experience providing therapy or counseling services, with a strong commitment to serving diverse communities. • Interest in trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive care. • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently while receiving clinical supervision.• Comfort with telehealth therapy sessions. PreferredQualifications:• Experience working with BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and immigrant communities. • Knowledge of Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or other trauma-focused modalities is a plus.
