As a key member of the Lowes Media Networks (LMN) team, you will engage directly with clients to review their media investments, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop strategic plans to elevate their business at blithequark. Your ImpactAs a Manager of Customer Insights, you will have a profound impact on the success of blithequark's Retail Media Network.You will be responsible for creating annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by the LMN, leading Quarterly Business Review Processes with top clients, and serving as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners, external clients, and agencies, and you will be responsible for synthesizing disparate data into strategic recommendations for future media investments. What You Will DoAs a Manager of Customer Insights, your key responsibilities will include:* Creating annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported by the LMN* Leading Quarterly Business Review Processes with top clients to review media investments and identify opportunities for optimization* Serving as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners, external clients, and agencies* Synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments* Developing and codifying best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, and standardized reporting* Telling data stories that support sales pitches and case studies* Overseeing omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregating insights to support other client-facing teams* Partnering with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback* Integrating knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the LMN Insights team and the whole of the blithequark retail media businessEssential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative* 5 years of experience in insights and analytics* 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics* Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management* Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way* Experience with A/B testing* Experience with bolthires Office tools (e.g.Word, PowerPoint, Excel)* Experience with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar toolsPreferred QualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:* A Master's Degree in a related field (e.g. Masters in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA)* Experience leading teams and demonstrating business impact* Experience managing global teams* Experience working in a retail environment* Experience working with analytic/research software (e.g. SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.)About blithequarkblithequark is a FORTUNE 50 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.With total fiscal year 2023 sales of more than $86 billion, blithequark operates over 1,700 home improvement stores and employs approximately 300,000 associates.
