Live Chat/Customer Support Agent Remote Work From Home (Day Shift/Night Shift)

As a Live Chat/Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via live chat, email, and other communication channels. You will play a vital role in troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. This is a remote, work-from-home position with flexible day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities:Provide outstanding customer support via live chat, email, and other online channels.Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues promptly and accurately.Assist customers with order inquiries, account issues, technical problems, and other concerns.Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.Log and document customer interactions and issues using our CRM system.Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues as needed.Meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.RequiredQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).Prior experience in customer service, live chat, or technical support is a plus.Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.Proficiency with computers, chat software, and customer support tools.Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries.Preferred Skills:Experience with live chat platforms, CRMs, and support ticketing systems.Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or technical product support.Multitasking and excellent organizational skills.Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations.Work Schedule:Flexible day shift or night shift options, depending on availability.Full-time and part-time shifts available.Some weekends and holidays may be required, based on business needs.
