Circit is a fast growing B2B SaaS company that is on a mission to make business verifiable in real-time. We are creating a global asset verification platform that allows auditors to deliver higher quality financial audits and spend more time helping businesses to create greater value for all economic stakeholders. Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms as well as global banks.

Our Verified Transactions (VT) product connects audit firms and their corporate clients directly to banking APIs — enabling real-time, secure confirmation of financial data from the world's largest banks. We're regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland as an AISP under PSD2, UK Financial Conduct Authority, accredited by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission open banking and work with clients including Big Four accountancy firms and global banks like JP Morgan, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, and Santander.

We're looking for a Provider Operations Analyst to own the day-to-day health and management of Circit's banking API provider network — currently 7k+ and growing. You'll be the person who ensures our connections to banks stay healthy, new providers get activated smoothly, and issues get identified before they impact clients.

This is not a traditional support role. You'll act as Circit's interlocutor with banking partners — communicating with banks on behalf of clients, managing tri-directional relationships between clients, banks, and our development team, and proactively monitoring API connectivity across our entire provider network. The scale is significant: thousands of provider endpoints generating millions of transactions, each with data quality signals that need monitoring and interpretation. You'll need to be deeply data-driven and comfortable using AI tools as daily force multipliers — not as a crutch, but as a way to stay ahead of a provider landscape that grows every quarter.

You'll sit between our product support function and the product team itself, spending roughly 20-30% of your time embedded with product to provide operational context for roadmap decisions.

You'll report to the Product Director and work closely with the Head of Bank API Platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is curious about fintech, comfortable with data, and wants to develop deep expertise in banking API connectivity and open banking infrastructure.
