Position Overview

What You'll Do
Consult with clients to learn about their vacation goals, interests, and travel preferences
Explore destinations, resorts, cruise options, guided tours, and vacation packages
Create customized travel recommendations based on client needs and budgets
Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and travel services
Assist clients throughout the planning and reservation process
Respond to inquiries and provide timely updates regarding travel arrangements
Work with supplier partners to secure reservations and confirm travel details
Manage itinerary updates, booking information, and travel documentation
Maintain organized records of client communications and travel plans
Stay informed about industry trends, destination updates, and promotional offers
Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized support throughout the client journey
Qualifications
Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, sales, or client-focused roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
Comfortable using computers, online tools, and virtual communication platforms
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Self-motivated and dependable
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
