Your main responsibility is to help customers with their questions, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or phone
• Provide accurate information about products or services
• Solve common customer issues with patience and professionalism
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Follow support processes and meet daily/weekly performance targets
• Deliver excellent and friendly service in every interaction

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, polite, and positive while assisting customers
• Basic computer knowledge and fast typing speed
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
• Time management skills and ability to work independently
• Previous customer service/support experience is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools or tasks
