User Experience (UX) Designer / Product Strategist

What Youâll Do:
User Experience & Flow Optimization: Define and refine user journeys to create seamless, intuitive interactions.
Onboarding Strategy: Develop an engaging and effective onboarding process to ensure a smooth introduction to the platform.
User Advocacy: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Product Strategy: Work closely with the team to align UX with business goals and customer needs.
Usability Testing & Iteration: Continuously test and refine features to enhance user satisfaction.
What Weâre Looking For:
Competencies:
Strong expertise in UX design principles, user flows, and customer journey mapping.
Experience designing onboarding experiences and engagement strategies.
Ability to synthesize user feedback into meaningful improvements.
Familiarity with UI and front-end development principles (coding experience is a strong plus).
Understanding of accessibility best practices and usability standards.
Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working with AI tools and software.
Experience:
Prior experience in UX design, product strategy, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with web applications and digital platforms is a must.
Exposure to Agile product development methodologies.
Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments is a plus.
