We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join our team, specializing in CAR-T cell therapy. As a seasoned project management professional, you will oversee clinical trials from initiation to closeout, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery. This is a remote opportunity, available to candidates based in the US or Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall coordination and management of clinical trials, from start-up to closeout
- Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of projects to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex issues, making informed business decisions
- Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost
- Work closely with a dedicated team of professionals passionate about advancing healthcare in the CAR-T space
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of clinical project management experience within a CRO setting, with a focus on oncology CAR-T
- Proven expertise in navigating complex therapies, including CAR-T, cell, and gene therapies
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead, plan, and execute clinical trials with precision
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English
- Superior planning and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC systems
- University/College degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- Ability to travel as needed
