Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through CLP, ensuring clear, timely communication.
- Manage client expectations and provide updates on project progress, risks, and deliverables.
- Communicate creative details, tool issues, and workflow concerns to internal teams and clients.
Project Ownership & Execution
- Act as Project Owner, overseeing end‑to‑end execution of assigned projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with client deadlines and internal capacity.
- Monitor and manage project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Project Tracking & Systems Management
- Track project status across Iyuno and Netflix platforms, including Grand Bazaar, Backlot, and CLP.
- Manage delivery rejections in Backlot and coordinate asset QC resolutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reports.
Guideline & Documentation Management
- Update internal guidelines, manuals, and documentation based on changes in Netflix Partner Help Center or other client communications.
- Ensure teams are informed of workflow updates and new requirements.
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Handle client invoicing, including submitting final bids in Grand Bazaar and RTIs in Atlas.
- Manage client purchase orders and ensure alignment with project scope and billing.
- Provide input for client reporting and internal financial tracking.
Risk Management & Escalation
- Identify project risks and escalate issues to Team Leads and Production as needed.
- Support problem‑solving efforts to maintain project quality and timelines.
Reporting & Approvals
- Prepare and deliver project status reports for internal and client review.
- Manage client cost approvals and ensure proper documentation.
