Job Description:
- Support external Sales team with technical knowledge of pumps and the various applications
- Interpret and understand tender specifications, provide product quotations and product recommendations to achieve the specification requirements
- Liaise with Wilo factories globally for technical clarifications
- Provide technical advice to customers and partners to assist with the preparation of their specifications
- Manage standard customer inquiries independently
- Provide all necessary information to the Order Management team to raise purchase orders to Wilo factories and support the order management teams completion of the customer orders
- Maintain up-to-date product information and ensure that external Sales team has current knowledge of Wilos product and solutions
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering discipline
- Min. 3 years of experience in the pump industry
- Technical understanding of pumps and basic engineering principles
- Strong ability to interpret customers basic understanding of pumps and to achieve a beneficial outcome
- Ability to assess priorities in daily work to meet both customer and company requirements and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to build a productive relationship with external Sales team and customers
- Command of English language (verbally and in writing) to liaise with global factories and peers in the region
- High level of communication and coordination skills
