Who we seek:

BigID is growing quickly, and we are expanding our Services team and seeking a Senior Service Delivery Engineer to work with our customers located mainly in Europe and the Middle East. The services team plays an important role in the successful setup, integration, deployment and adoption of BigID's platform, for our customers and implementation partners. The focus of services engagements is on bringing ongoing, incremental value to our customers through unlocking BigID related use cases. This position also works to identify the root cause of any deployment issues and works with the larger team to help resolve them to ensure the success of the customer.
