Job Summary The Sr. Manager, Commercial Systems & Strategy is a high-impact, enterprise-facing role embedded within the commercial organization to drive scalable infrastructure, systems optimization, and data-driven decision making. This individual operates at the intersection of business strategy, systems, and data, translating commercial needs into streamlined processes, intelligent automation, and actionable insights that enable growth while proactively identifying opportunities through data to support pipeline development and lead generation.

Working closely with Sales, Service, Finance, and Operations, this role focuses on improving the efficiency, consistency, and scalability of the commercial lifecycle. The Analyst will play a critical role in shaping the future-state commercial ecosystem, anchored in Salesforce and connected enterprise systems, ensuring the organization is equipped to grow without increasing complexity.

Qualifications

Education ☒ Bachelor’s degree required ☒ Master’s degree preferred

Specific Area of Study: Business, Information Systems, Operations or a related field

Experience ☒ 10+ years relevant experience

Specific Related Experience: Business Systems, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy or related roles
