- 📊 Analyze data to improve the overall user experience.
- 🛡️ Enforce the company’s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
- ⏱️ Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
- 🛠️ Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.
- 📈 Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
Experience:
- 💼 Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or a comparable service/process management environment.
- 🌍 High affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation relevant to the market/region supported.
- 🇮🇹 Italian speaker (C2) with very good communication skills in English (at least B2 level).

Requirements:
- 🇪🇺 EU nationality or Greek residence permit.
- 🎓 High school diploma.
- 🕒 Availability to work in shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day) between Monday-Sunday, 7 am-10 pm.
Benefits:

- ✈️ Relocation package including paid flight to Greece, airport pick-up, administration assistance (tax number, bank account, etc.), 2 weeks paid in a hotel, and help from an agency to find an apartment.
- 💰 Gross monthly salary plus a monthly performance bonus
- 🕰️ Rotational shifts (40 hours per week, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day)
