Your new role
My client is seeking a service coordinator to join their team on a temporary, ongoing basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and managing various services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.

Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services to clients and stakeholders.

Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service provision

Organising and booking appointments

Monitor and evaluate service performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service delivery.

Respond to enquiries and provide support to clients and stakeholders.

Assist in the development and implementation of service policies and procedures.

Experience working in a customer service environment
Strong communication skills
Good telephone etiquette
Data entry / Data processing
Good attention to detail and accuracy
