As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will work with new clients and industries as Zip scales, collaborating with product and engineering teams to determine customer requests and expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience working in ERP/P2P Systems Consultant or managing key customer and stakeholder relationships in a B2B SaaS company
- Prior experience with the implementation or administration of a procurement tool / ERP - NetSuite, Quickbooks or Sage
- Fantastic communication skills
- Extreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive
- Ability to push back and still make people happy
- Comfortable with software configuration
