We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce projects, managing utility projects and ensuring efficiency between Salesforce and SAP teams.

Requirements
- Solid experience managing complex Salesforce projects
- Project management in the utilities industry
- Coordination with SAP + Salesforce + Client teams
- Regulatory risk management (CCEE, ANEEL, LGPD)
- Executive communication with client stakeholders (Board, Compliance, IT)
- Scope and functional change negotiation
- Executive reporting + governance committees
- Agile methodology (Scrum, SAFe) + hybrid waterfall
- Sufficient technical understanding to interact with architects and developers
- Risk management PMBOK / PRINCE2
- Portuguese-BR: Native
- English: Advanced
- Spanish: Will be a plus (valued)
