NEOTech is seeking a Supply Chain Data Administrator responsible for supplier-specific supply chain analyses, including spend reports and vendor scorecards. The role involves maintaining key metrics and optimizing the supply chain to align with corporate goals.
Responsibilities
- Extract, analyze and report data
- Maintain and report key material metrics for Supply Chain
- Supplier scorecard rollup
- Customer focused supply chain performance analysis
- Attend meetings as required
- Price Maintenance Template creation
- Work with other NEOTech functional teams to align customer goals and expectations
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- BA/BS or 5+ years of related supply chain experience
- College Graduate with interest in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, Business Major or equivalent, highly motivated to learn and grow in a fast paced, highly energetic supply chain management environment
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications
- Must possess excellent data mining and analytical skills
- Must be advanced Microsoft Excel user with the ability to create and work with formulas, vlookups, pivot tables
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Access and knowledge of visual basic a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Due to ITAR and / or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident Alien, or Protected Individual per 8 U.S.C.1324b(a)(3)
- Experience with electronics supply chain management practices preferred
