The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects related to speech-enabled IVR and voice solutions, ensuring commitments are met on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client-facing lead, managing stakeholder expectations, trust, and communication
- Own end-to-end delivery across the program, maintaining full visibility into technical and business workstreams
- Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, governance, planning, tracking, and reporting mechanisms
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, analysts, and vendors, while aligning priorities as business needs evolve
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues, escalations, and delivery trade-offs to ensure successful outcomes
- Partner with Product and Technical Leads on backlog planning, prioritization, and delivery sequencing
- Collaborate with other Project Managers to ensure delivery continuity, knowledge sharing, and role backup
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and lessons learned
Skills
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, or in a similar technical delivery leadership role
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering or technical delivery roles
- Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale technical projects involving software development, systems integration, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, systems integration, and software development lifecycle concepts
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and distributed teams in client-facing and outsourcing delivery environments
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments with evolving responsibilities
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences
- Experience in contact center, CX, IVR, or related technical domains
