Responsibilities
- Building and shipping customer-facing product features
- Designing and extending backend services and APIs
- Developing AI-powered workflows and agent functionality
- Integrating with CRM platforms, email systems, and collaboration tools
- Deploying, monitoring, and operating services within AWS
- Participating in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Working directly on product outcomes rather than isolated tickets
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a recognized U.S. institution
- 7+ years of professional TypeScript development experience as a primary language
- Strong hands-on AWS deployment and operational experience
- Proven production experience shipping customer-facing AI or LLM functionality
