This role involves providing guidance and support while also maintaining customer accounts and ensuring high standards in design and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of kitchen designers
- Providing daily guidance, coaching, technical support, and performance development
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Maintaining a portfolio of customer accounts
- Serving as the designer of record and primary point of contact
- Modeling best practices in sales, design excellence, and customer service
- Demonstrating exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace that aligns with the Company's values, policies, and Equal Employment Opportunity standards
- Working collaboratively and cooperatively with others
- Accepting direction and constructive criticism from supervisors and managers
Skills
- Must be employed at least 5-years with Cabinets.com or will reach their 5-year anniversary in 2026
- Must have had at least $1.4 million in sales in 2025
- We require at least 1-year of leadership or equivalent experience; either at Cabinets.com or at a prior employer
