They are seeking a motivated and confident Commission-Only Sales Representative to help introduce ChimeBuddy to senior living communities across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to senior living facilities
- Contact administrators, executive directors, activity directors, and other decision-makers
- Introduce ChimeBuddy and explain its value
- Qualify potential customers and identify facility needs
- Schedule and participate in product demonstrations
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate notes and records of sales activity
- Build professional relationships with facility leadership
- Work toward individual sales and production goals
Skills
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new prospects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Persistent, professional, and organized
- Able to follow up consistently without requiring constant supervision
- Basic computer and customer relationship management skills
- Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, software sales, healthcare, or senior living is helpful but not required
